Product Manager


Join the product development team of a high growth population health management company, specializing in data aggregation, analytics, and workflow software for value based care. Reporting to the VP of Product Development and joining a talented team of product experts, you will take full ownership over high-visibility modern software products with thousands of users nationally. In addition, this opportunity comes with the unique experience of building a brand new product from the ground up in a rapid development cycle with a team of talented designers and engineers. This is a hands-on position designing and promoting the next wave of advanced healthcare analytics products with a great team of product managers and software engineers.


  • Oversee research and design of new product offerings for large provider systems and health plans improving care continuity, clinical quality and risk adjustment
  • Design products in collaboration with company executives, peers in product and access to an advisor network including many of the best minds in healthcare and health IT
  • Coordinate with our engineering team and oversee effective development of product designs and requirements
  • Support sales and marketing in the growth and visibility of these new products in a fast-moving healthcare analytics market
  • Build meaningful relationships across the market to identify trends, opportunities and potential partners


  • 3-7 years of healthcare or product management experience in related field
  • Customer/client interaction and management experience, with strong presence communicating complex concepts to customers and prospects
  • Project/product management skills including development and tracking of budget and seeing to on time delivery of complex products.
  • Proven track record in supporting or owning the planning, build and launch of new products or features over a 6-18 month timeframe
  • Ability to support portions of the sales cycle and/or key sales meetings with new prospects


  • Background in a hard science (mathematics, statistics, computer science, etc.) preferred
  • Understanding of SQL, SAS, R or other data and analytics software preferred
  • Ability to visualize and interpret large datasets preferred
  • Understanding of JavaScript, CSS, HTML5 and/or D3 preferred
  • Product management experience a plus
  • Experience with ACOs and/or value based care a plus
