How it Works

Scaling our engineering and support teams was challenging because we have a high bar for hiring, little bandwidth to sort through resumes and no fondness for high recruiting agency fees. BostonHCP took the time to deeply understand our requirements and culture, provided screening and scheduling, and helped us fill a number of openings very cost-effectively.
