What is the vision for the role?
Our consultants are considered the top in our industry. You will become a trusted source to your clients and an engaged member of our highly collaborative team.
Your first year
- 3 months — you’ve learned our tools, interface with clients directly, gauge talent quality, and bill at least 25 hours per week.
- 6 months — billing full-time, taking on more challenging roles, building negotiation confidence.
- 9 months — managing clients on your own and learning to push back when needed.
- 12 months — clients see you as a trusted advisor and an engaged member of their team.
Key challenges
We are a 100% remote workforce. A lot of the work is sourcing — actively recruiting people who aren’t necessarily looking. Our team gamifies the workflow to stay inspired, and we move fast.
