Kate revolutionized the recruiting industry when she brought the embedded partner approach to life in 2011. She is driven by solving complex team building challenges – a BostonHCP hallmark. Outside of work, she enjoys riding her horse, playing bad golf, hiking the red rocks of Sedona, and practicing poorly executed yoga poses.
Mark has been recruiting for over 25 years. As an award-winning consultant, his passion is helping teams navigate the ever-changing hiring landscape and attracting top-quality talent. He enjoys exploring nature, gardening, cooking Italian recipes, and spending time with his two children.
Joe prides himself on building strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates. He is passionate about driving recruiting initiatives to identify, select, and acquire top-notch talent. Outside of work, he enjoys snowboarding up in Vermont with his family, playing golf, lifting weights, and practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Haley is known for being insightful, accountable, & striving to help our clients succeed in hiring goals while building long-standing relationships. Outside of work, she is a Harry Potter fanatic, and enjoys hiking (with many breaks), spending time with her husband & pets, photography, and frequenting live music events.
Jake looks at challenges as inspiration and thrives in adversity. From growing up working on his family’s farm to serving in the USMC, his strong work ethic and his passion for connecting with people has contributed to his success as a sales leader. Outside of work, Jake enjoys spending time with his wife and two cats, riding motorcycles, and playing a variety of musical instruments.
Gabby brings a high level of dedication to service all her acquisition efforts. She strives to provide detailed and thoughtful insights to all parties throughout the hiring process. In her spare time, Gabby enjoys continuing her 20+ years of dancing, taking weight lifting classes at her gym and has a passion for interior decorating.
Alison (Ali) has been in the HR field for over 28 years. She has completed major implementation projects with multiple clients with headcounts ranging from 25 to 35,000 employees. She has worked with multiple platforms such as ADP WFN, Paylocity, Workday, Taleo, Oracle Edge, SAP and other platforms such as Gusto and Rippling. She has managed benefits and leave of absence and created policies and procedures along the way. Ali is all about employee experience and will work with any employee on any issue, small or large. Outside of work, Ali likes to spend time with her family and her dog Rocco. Ali also has a passion for fashion and jewelry and collects vintage apparel and jewelry.

With over a decade of experience in HR leadership roles, Cindy is committed to helping clients foster a thriving workplace culture and drive organizational success by implementing strategic HR solutions that meet their unique needs. Outside of work, Cindy loves snapping pictures with her iPhone of her two favorite things: food, and travel.
Chief mascot
Auggie is tireless when it comes to recruiting and chasing balls. He is always eager to welcome everyone to the office and pick up any crumbs that might accidentally fall to the floor.
